To help prevent soldering shorts, the coating is called a solder resistance or soldering mask.

Large-scale generating circuits with PCBs are cheaper and faster than other wiring methods, as components and wires are laid in one operation. A large number of PCBs can be fabricated at the same time, and this configuration has to be done only once. With low mileage, PCB can be made manually even in small quantities.
