NOC Full Form is No Objection Certificate. It is a type of legal certificate issued by any organization, agency, institute, or individual in any case. Certificate importance is required in most government departments in India.
Most government organizations require this certificate. For example, it can be used for a lawsuit, employment, business, immigration, and similar purposes to overcome any objection raised by the party concerned in the process. In addition, it can be used in or against a court of law.
