BLO full form stands for Booth Level Officer. Booth level officials (BLOs) are local government / quasi-government officials who are generally familiar with local voters and voters in the same voting district and help update their local information use roster.

Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are officials who are responsible for collecting the relevant field level information related to the voter list related to the assigned polling station, including deceased, transfer candidates, and missing names.
